Biomet Belgium is a Sales and Marketing organization and based in Wilrijk. Around 55 people are working for Biomet Belgium.

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Administrative support for events and courses;
• Making travel arrangements and subscriptions for HCPs and sales reps in relation to attendance to third party meetings and Biomet events and courses;
• Preparing invitations, track payments or refunds and registration forms for events;
• Maintaining tracking spread sheets for marketing expenses; booth rentals; events (event calendar);
• Administrative support for Sales & Marketing meetings (scheduling meetings, prepare agenda and minutes);
• Organization and logistical support  for various projects including kick off meeting, Biomet Belgium organized events, receptions and the like;
• Maintain appropriate compliance filing related to events and HCP services;
• Support sales reps for booth rentals;
• Maintain good customer relation by providing excellent support for travel and accommodation arrangements in relation to third party meetings and Biomet courses/events;
• Correct compliance filing for travel related to events and for services performed by HCPs for Biomet Belgium.

Profile of suitable candidate:
• Minimal Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communication;
• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role;
• Project management experience;
• Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus;
• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch, English and French;
• IT Literate – MS office,

• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Problem solving skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Good attention to detail and accuracy;
• Strong customer awareness;
• The ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
